1. Data We Collect
We only collect information necessary to facilitate your PCS move and connect you with local resources:
- Self-Reported Timeline: Projected arrival and departure months. We do NOT collect specific travel dates.
- Housing Preferences: Household size, pet status, budget, and yard needs.
- Account Info: Basic contact details for message verification.
2. What We Never Collect
OffPostPro maintains a strict “No-Sensitive-Docs” policy to protect your security:
We never ask you to upload or share official orders.
We do not store CAC or government ID photos.
3. How We Use Your Data
SmartPCS Match™
We use your arrival installation and timeline to match you with departing families or available properties.
Business Ad Targeting
Local businesses (movers, realtors) may show you services based on your PCS month. Example: A Fort Stewart mover may show you an ad 60 days prior to your arrival month.

All data is encrypted at rest and in transit using industry-standard AES-256 encryption.
